Quartz or granite countertops up to $70/sq ft of one color/type from "Advanced Marble and Granite". Having multiple countertop colors/types in the home, may incur additional cost, unless remnants are used.

"Woodgrain" brand doors in the "Molded and Flush" styles. Multiple styles to choose from.

"Woodgrain 4000 series" exterior doors in a variety of styles. Paint grade or stained fir wood.
