From excavation to the final cleaning of the home, it usually takes between 4 to 6 months to complete the building of a home. (That is assuming the home is started in early summer time)

After the land has been purchased and you have your financing ready, plans then can be made for a house. It will take 6-8 weeks for the architect and engineer to create a buildable house plan. After the plans are complete, we can submit for a building permit. 4-6 weeks is a good turn around time for a permit, but it can take longer sometimes. 

The price per square foot given includes the structures and finishes only. Permits, Excavation, Utilities, and a driveway are all additional expenses. If you have a flat Lot that is located with in city limits and has the water, sewer, and electrical stubbed on to the Lot. The estimated cost would be around $25,000 for permits, and $25,000 for excavation, utility install, and a 20' wide by 20' deep gravel driveway.
